House 12 km to Copenhagen and 600 m to the beach

120 sqm house with 3 bedrooms, with beds for 8 adults. There is another extra bed (sofa bed) inside the living room, so 9 beds in total. The house is located 600 meters to a beach and 200 meters to supermarkets. The train station is 150m from the house. Trains run to Copenhagen every 10 minutes. The train ride to inner Copenhagen takes 20 minutes. The train ride to the airport takes 40 minutes. Charger for electric car 25 meters from the house. Free parking at the house. There is an outdoor trampoline from April 21st and even autumn holidays. The space The house is really close to public transport (train and bus), shopping and the beach. Bed linens, towels, pillows and duvets are provided in the house. There is 1 bedding set and 1 towel per person. Moderate electricity consumption of 7-8 kWt per day is included in the rent. The overconsumption will be charged at DKK 4 per kWt. 99% of guests do not pay for electricity, as 7-8 kWt per day is enough for all needs: cooking, charging various effects, lighting, television and operation of all machines in the house. This is solely to take care of the climate. Guests must clean the kitchen and kitchen machines, oven, fridge, coffee makers, etc. if guests use them and cook in the house. If the machines are not being used and no cooking, the kitchen should not be cleaned. If guests eat on the patio outside or inside the house in the dining room, the leftovers must be removed. Waste must be sorted according to Danish regulations. The host sends the instructions. The electric car charger is located in public parking 25 meters away from the house. Do not charge an electric car from the house. Charging of electric bicycles must be done by appointment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property.
