House by a lake near Gothenburg

This house is located 40 minutes by car from Gothenburg in the little village Sjövik. A charming village situated by a big lake called Mjörn and with nature just around the corner. You will find a beautiful home anno 1934. The space The house is a typical old swedish house built in 1934, full of charm and with preserved beautiful details. The house contains 2 large living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big garden with apple trees. In the garden you will find a sitting area, barbecue and a big trampoline for the kids. The woods is right behind the house were you can find mushrooms and blueberries to enjoy. It is 300 meters from the house to the lake and a nice sandy beach within walking distance. The lake includes diffrent islands. Some islands has sandy beaches and others has cliffs and it is a lot of fun to explore them and the freedom of having an island all to your self is amazing. There is a rich animal wildlife here with a lot of diffrent bird species such as eagels, ducks, geese, it is a really peaceful and beautiful place. 100 meters from the house is a footbal pitch "Sand Siro" and also a playground near by. Note: if you have dog allergy, please note that a dog lives here as well. Guest access Outside space: Garden with barbecue. A big trampoline in the garden and toys for kids, both inside and outside games to enjoy.
