Self-contained double ensuite bedroom w/patio

Brilliantly located double room with ensuite for you to enjoy. There are no shared spaces with the host at all to keep us all as safe as can be re. Covid. You have a private entrance and small outdoor patio ready for those sunny days! Erisey is a quiet and lovely terrace from which to enjoy Falmouth. It's five minutes to town and 20 mins to beach on foot Guest access You have exclusive use of patio, bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Other things to note - Every possible step is being taken to make sure that guests and my lovely housekeeper are safe in light of Covid. Please help us playing your part by stripping the bed following your stay and placing all dirty linen and towels into the black plastic bag provided. Please also use the hand sanitizer every time you come in the property. Please also open the window when you check out. - If you are over 185 centimetres (6"1), you will find the ceilings in the rooms rather low for you. - Sadly not suitable for disabled guests. - Approach to the house up from town is steep (but via an excellent coffee shop or plastic free shop, depending which way you come!)
