The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car. The space The apartment is located in the basement of our detached house. It can be reached via a separate entrance. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The first bedroom is approx. 21 m² in size and is furnished with a queen-size bed measuring 1.60 m, a wardrobe rail and sideboard to store your clothes, a (sofa) bed, a large flat-screen TV and a seat, e.g. for working with a laptop. The second bedroom is 13 m² in size and is furnished with a bed, also measuring 1.60 m, a wardrobe rail and a sideboard, a flat-screen TV and seating. The daylight bathroom, which was renovated in 2019, offers a toilet and washbasin as well as a shower with free care products (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). Towels, shower mat, toothbrush mug and hairdryer can also be found in the cupboards. Have you forgotten your toothbrush, do you need Q-tips, cotton buds, a nail file or a close-up kit? You'll find them in a basket on the windowsill! The kitchen offers seating for a maximum of 4 people, where you can sit comfortably, eat and of course cook. A Nespresso capsule machine (capsules for an extra charge) including a milk frother, a kettle, a microwave, an oven with hob, a dishwasher and a fridge and freezer are available, as well as all the kitchen utensils you need. In addition, food such as sugar, flour, salt, various spices, oil, salt and pepper are always available. In the fridge you will find a selection of sparkling wine and wine, which you can take out for a fee (prices are always displayed). There is also a small niche in the hallway where you can store jackets and shoes. There are plenty of free parking spaces right outside the front door on the roadside. We look forward to your visit and will do everything we can to make you feel right at home. Guest access The private terrace with a wonderful view of the garden, the horse pasture and the field can be used to sit, eat and relax. The little ones are also welcome to use the lawn and all the play equipment available. The trampoline, swing, playhouse and sandpit are waiting to be played on.
