The space The apartment is located in the beautiful district of Derendorf. It is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building without an elevator, but the climb is worth it! The south balcony has a wonderful view of the countryside and is very quiet. An armchair, a few plants and a glass storage option guarantee a relaxing evening. The apartment itself has an entrance area where a wardrobe and a separate clothes rail for luggage can be found. From here you can reach the bathroom with tiled floor, which is equipped with a bathtub with integrated shower, an illuminated mirror cabinet and of course a toilet. Fresh towels are ready for you. The living room is completely laid out with laminate. This is where you will find the kitchenette. In addition to a sink and base cabinet, you will find 2 hotplates and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The additional cabinet contains cutlery, an electric kettle, pots, dishes, a Senseo coffee machine, etc. On request we can provide you with additional equipment. A small table with 2 chairs offers you space to set up your workplace or have your meals. The comfortable bed with a size of 140 x 200 accommodates one or two people.
