Luxury village barn near Stratford-upon-Avon

The Barn is purpose built and self contained situated in the grounds of our home in the beautiful unspoilt village of Exhall. Conveniently situated for Stratford-upon-Avon (15 minutes away) and only 25 minutes to the Cotswolds. We are close to a number of National Trust properties and gardens and situated on two National Walking routes, the Heart of England Way and the Arden Way. For dinner we have 3 pubs within a mile radius or many takeaways within nearby Alcester or Bidford-on-Avon. The space The barn is situated adjacent to our main property across a gravel driveway. There is a private parking area and entrance providing privacy for guests. The barn itself has a downstairs kitchen dining area with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer; utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and toilet with the main living and sleeping areas upstairs. The main bathroom has a roll top bath and separate full height shower. There are a couple of points to note; the upstairs is in the eaves and has sloping ceilings which reduces head height in places, so care is needed for taller guests. The stairs lead into bedroom two which houses a double and single bed and access to the main bathroom is via bedroom one. Guest access There is a private seating area for guests to enjoy alfresco dining or to simply sit and enjoy the peace and tranquility. Guests are also welcome to wander in our paddock and orchard and enjoy the stunning views of the Cotswolds. Other things to note As stated in the security section.
