Rose Cottage, heart of Burn's Country, Alloway

Beautiful traditional cottage set within the stunning grounds of Doonbrae on the banks of the River Doon. Situated in the heart of Burn's country, a stones throw from Burn's monument, the Brigodoon Hotel and next door to the famous landmark Auld Kirk, the stomping ground of Rabbie Burns! Each of our cottages are decorated to a high standard, traditional yet with a modern twist, these cottages are offer a little bit of luxury to provide you with a relaxing, scenic stay. The space The cottages are set within the grounds on either side of our family home. We welcome all guests with open arms but to ask for you to be respectful of our privacy. We have extensive gardens set on the banks of the River Doon which you are welcome to enjoy. Parking is not permitted in Doonbrae itself but there is a small free car park directly across the road to the side of the church. Guest access Pleas enjoy the beautiful gardens! There are benches placed around the gardens for you to sit and enjoy the many different aspects. Other things to note On your doorstep you have Burn's Monument, Burns cottage, Burns Heritage Centre, Brigodoon hotel, Rozelle Tea Room and Art Galleries, The Auld Kirk and Belleisle Golf Course.
