We offer a house on the coast of the Baltic Sea for vacation. The house is located in the Volna Horticultural Society of the Zelenogradsky district. The sea is 10 minutes walk. There are 3 grocery stores and 1 bar in the village. There are bus and railway stations. You can walk 1.5 km along the sea shore to Zelenogradsk. We will be happy to help you with your vacation, please contact us! The space The house has three bedrooms and a living room with a fireplace. Separate bath and bathroom. The house can accommodate up to 11 people at a time. In the courtyard there is a recreation area, a table for gatherings, there is an opportunity to fry meat or kebabs. Coals or firewood are provided. There is also a small library designed for readers of different ages. The entire territory of the yard is yours, there are no strangers. Guest access A private parking for 2 cars. Other things to note The price is based on the limit of 6 people staying in the house at the same time. If there are more guests, then the accommodation of guests over the limit is paid additionally. No bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, etc. in the house. This property does not provide hotel services, but provides short-term stay services. A deposit of 5,000 rubles is taken, which is returned upon acceptance of the house at the departure of the guests.
