AccomodationNumber2 Nr.2 have direction to the backside of the house. The Entrance of the house have the Housenumber thirty-six. Our Art Residence is opened not only for project working artists, also for normal travellers. There is also a kitchenroom with refrigerator and integrated shower and toilet. The space In every acommodation is a bed 200 to 140 cm size. It is good for two persons also, if the two persons want to sleep together in one bed. Bedlinen available. There is an extern kitchen with kooking place, washing place, some dishes, refrigerator, table, shower and toilet. Guest access We have a common washing machine for clothes in the basement, if people stay longer. We don't have television, but every accomodation have a historic radio. To relax, you can sit in our little garden behind the house and watch the old houses, the birds and the sky. During your stay We would be lucky to have a familiar contact to our guests, to talk about politics, socials, arts, philosophy, history, metaphysik, architectur, or other interesting themes. My language is german, english and my wife speaks also perfect russian and armenian. Me and my wife are living in the first floor, the guest rooms are in the second floor, the third floor are working and atelier rooms. The guests get a key of the house and of their room, to be independent. There is to pay the tourismus-TAX for the town. Per person per night 3 Euro. Other things to note Dear guests. Please pay attention, that 3,00 Euro per night and per guest is to pay for the town, named Kurtaxe, that we are forced to pay to the municipal administration for supporting the touristic investments of the town.
