Characterful property in the heart of the beautiful village of Nannerch's Conservation Area . The Coach House has been renovated to a high standard and is well equipped for a self catered stay. Nannerch is nestled in the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, close to Offa’s Dyke national footpath, with Eryri (Snowdonia) within easy reach. The local area is beautiful and superb for walking and cycling. There is an excellent pub in the village which serves food most evenings. The space The Coach House, set within the grounds of Rectory Cottage and is self contained with its own private access. The characterful accommodation has been renovated to a high standard and includes an en-suite bathroom and well equipped dining -kitchen. The separate living room, recently completed, has an airy yet cosy feel with a log burner and TV. There is on street parking available. 1 well behaved pet welcome by prior arrangement. If bringing a dog we ask that it is kept downstairs please. Small dogs only. Small bundle of kindling and basket of logs provided. Guest access Guests can sit in yard area where there are a couple of chairs this outdoor space is not private. Other things to note The property has a winding oak stairs. Some people with mobility issues have found the stairs difficult.
