Converted Barn, hot tub, sauna & plunge pool

A spacious property just 15 mins from the end of the M4. Wonderfully quiet on 10 acres of wild land and adjacent to an organic farm (order your fresh veg in advance). Big rooms throughout, lawn, patio, fire pit, BBQ area, Hot tub, sauna, plunge pool and impressive views. It offers a relaxed and comfortable stay with underfloor heating throughout. Within 10-50 minutes of beautiful beaches, castles, walks and cycling we are interested in quiet relaxed groups. Not suitable for noisy parties! The space The track is approx 400m long and currently has bumps and potholes. It is perfectly accessible, just drive slowly please. Guest access The boundary of the property is marked on the map and there are paths going down to the small lake at the bottom of the field. If you are lucky you may see deer and geese. You will need wellies to get to the bottom. Strictly no access into the barns with machinery and tools please. Other things to note There is an additional cleaning charge of £50 if you bring dogs. If you are checking in on a day that another group is checking out, then the water will probably not be hot on arrival as it has been changed. Apologies. We ask guests to strip beds on departure.
