Oceanfront townhouse, a few meters from the beach

Beautiful duplex 10 meters from the beach. It has a garden and an indoor terrace with a barbecue and a balcony. All the necessary services in the surroundings (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.). There are about 10 meters between the entrance of the house and the beach, only separated by a quiet pedestrian promenade ideal for sports. Cambrils port is about 3.5 km away. From June 15 to September 15 we do not usually accept stays of less than 4 nights (check before requesting a reservation). The space Very nice townhouse with garden, a backyard with barbecue and a balcony in the master bedroom (2nd floor). It's just 10 meters from the promenade and the beach. Although the apartment is quite cool, there are "split" air conditioners in the living room, the room with a terrace and in the room with 2 single beds. The only room without air conditioning is the smallest one, the one with trundle beds. No smoking inside Guest access The tenant can use all areas of the house and all appliances, including the barbecue on the terrace. We ask tenants to treat everything with respect and care, and if they use the barbecue, to clean it a little before leaving. Other things to note - TOURIST TAX: In addition to the price of the stay, the guest must also pay the corresponding tourist tax, which is €1 per day for each person over 16 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days (if your stay is longer than 7 nights, you will only have to pay the tax for the first 7 days). The fee will be included as an additional payment once the reservation has been formalized and always before the guest's arrival. (rate updated in 2024) - PETS: We accept a maximum of 2 pets, as long as they know how to behave and do not damage the house. The pet fee is €50 (one-time payment), which will be requested from the guest before the key exchange. We do not want pets to climb on any furniture (beds, sofas, etc.) - COT / HIGH CHAIR: As an additional service, we offer rental of several cots and a high chair. Renting each item will have an additional cost of €20 (one-time payment for the entire stay) and you must request it at least 24 hours before your arrival, although it is preferable that you request it at the time of booking. - NO SMOKING inside the house.
