Only 15 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne and Limoux, in a residential area surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, we welcome you all year round. This 42 m² cocoon combines comfort and serenity, ideal for a stay as a couple or a business trip. Relaxation, nature and discoveries await you in an authentic region, rich in culture, flavors and landscapes. The space Independent with its private garden, its pergola terrace illuminated in the evening for warm and relaxing moments without be secluded. 15 km from the famous city of Carcassonne and 15 km from Limoux first Cathare castle 45 minutes away . Many tourist places nearby , châteaux sinkhole, Abbey , caves . Departure on foot ,by mountain bike from the maisonette to hiking trails through the vineyards , olive trees and garigue. 👉 The house is located on the owners' property, with a shared entrance at the parking area, then you cross the property along a 50-meter (164-foot) concrete path. The accommodation and property are completely independent, with a capacity for 2 people, and are tastefully decorated. 👉 It consists of 1 bedroom with a king size bed in 160*200. The bedding is of excellent quality and French made. The bed is made when you arrive.
