Private room with own bathroom and separate entrance. The room and bathroom were renovated in 2020/2021 and are located in the annex of the detached house. The property is perfectly connected to the U-Bahn U79, which goes directly to Messe Düsseldorf, but also to Duisburg city center or the Düsseldorf districts of Wittlaer and Kaiserswerth. In the immediate vicinity is a large Edeka supermarket with a bakery. Other shops are only a 5-minute walk away. The space The guest room is in the rear extension of our single-family home. It borders our private living area. The associated bathroom was newly furnished in 2021 and has a large floor-level shower area. The guest room has been equipped with a narrow table, TV and mini fridge. There is also a kettle, cutlery, glass and cup. However, there is no cooking option. Guest access Guests can park on the street for free. Bicycles can also be safely parked in the garden. The guest room has its own entrance, which is reached via the garden. If possible, we like to greet our guests in person, but there is always a key box available. During your stay We are available for any questions you might have. If not in person, we are easily accessible via Airbnb or phone and respond quickly. We may run into each other in the garden. However, we also like to leave the guests alone. Other things to note *** Please indicate the purpose of your trip when booking. *** The immediate proximity to the U-Bahn [subway] can possibly also be perceived in the room. Since we do not hear them ourselves as a disturbance, this is mentioned here for the sake of completeness. There are also two small children living in the house, who can also sometimes be heard. We try to be as considerate as possible. In the garden there are also four chickens, which are allowed to run free from time to time. Please let us know if you feel disturbed. The wallbox on the property can be used by arrangement. Also the charcoal grill. If necessary, an invoice with VAT can be issued for the stay. Service fees to Airbnb will be charged by Airbnb and are not included.
