Il Pescinone is a farm that has been owned by our family for generations. Il Cipressino is a studio apartment with 3 beds, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. Access to the facility and the bathroom have been adapted to the regulations for the removal of architectural barriers (DPGR 41/R/2009) and are therefore accessible to guests with disabilities. Rustic environment, not luxurious but cozy, excellent starting point for sea lovers, which can be reached in 10/15 minutes. The space Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are provided. A laundry room with two washing machines is available to all guests. Outside there are large green spaces and each apartment has a table with an umbrella and the possibility of a barbecue.
