Modern beach apartment with impressive sea view

NOTICE: There is currently a construction site close to the building that may cause noise disturbances, especially in the mornings. Modern 1 bedroom apartment at 15 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Spain, playa de San Juan de Alicante. Impressive views to the sea and mountains. The space The apartment has a size of 50m2, one bedroom with two beds, one bathroom with shower and a combined kitchen-living room with plenty of light and impressive views to the sea and to the mountains. It's located on the last floor of the building. There’s air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. In the living room there's a table and ergonomic chair for working. The beach of San Juan is at 15 minutes walk. The apartment is ideal for 2 but one additional adult or two children can sleep on the sofa-bed in the living room area. We have a travel crib for babies. Guest access The guests have access to the two swimming pools, open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to midnight. WiFi optical fiber 1Gb Check in preferible between 17:00 and 20:00. In case you arrive earlier or later please contact us for availability and we'll do our best to accomodate.A late evening check in fee of 20€ might apply after 20:00 and 50€ after midnight. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and will result in an additional charge for deep cleaning.
