Come and stay at our lovely Victorian house in a peaceful enclave close to Columbia Rd Market. We recently renovated the place but its still got original character. It's light and spacious, large bedroom a large bathroom, open plan living / dining area, adjoining kitchen and a cosy private garden. Very close to Brick Lane and Broadway Market. The local area is buzzing with lots of bars, restaurants and clubs in and around Shoreditch and Spitalfields and also very hand for nearby Victoria Park. The space We are close to Columbia Road Flower Market, and all the restaurants, bars, shops and quirky sights of Shoreditch and Brick Lane. The house is light and spacious, decorated with original contemporary artwork and an eclectic mix of furniture, from mid-century modern to one-off pieces picked up on travels from China to Spain, and handwoven carpets. The large, sunny bedroom has a kingsize bed and windows onto a quiet street. The bathroom, with bath-shower, looks out on the garden. Downstairs the open-plan living/dining area there are guide books, a record player, sofas and a sofa bed for extra guests. It leads onto a kitchen fully stocked with tea and coffee, spices, store-cupboard basics and plenty of cooking equipment. The courtyard garden, with plants including roses, jasmine, clematis and fresh herbs is perfect for relaxing with morning coffee, a meal or drinks, or just reading in the sun. The local area is buzzing with some of London’s best bars and restaurants, and several relaxing parks. The beautiful Sunday flower market is just three streets away. On Saturday’s Broadway market is 15 minutes away, and the canal towpath meanders up to nearby Victoria Park. There are two underground stations (Hoxton and Bethnal Green) nearby, and two stands of London city bikes just a couple of minutes walk from the front door.
