Luxury family relaxing house on the west coast

A long time family-owned vacation home in the pine trees of São Pedro de Moel, the most exclusive beach in the center of Portugal, where Europe meets the Atlantic Ocean. 1 hour and 30 minutes far from both Lisbon and Oporto Airports and 20 minutes from Nazaré biggest world waves. Trees, birds, peace and calm, this is the place you go to recharge your body and mind. The space This is a large family-owned vacation house with three floors, five bedrooms and three living rooms. The first central floor is where we hang most of the time - with the dining and living rooms, a social restroom, and a large kitchen, renovated in 2018. This floor also has a double suite. The master suite is located on second floor where a single room (with ensuite bathroom) also exists, together with a living room equipped with fireplace and a large TV set and DVD player. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, sharing a bathroom and served by a large living room with a dining area - very useful for large groups or families that need to have their personal and quiet places, from time to time. This floor communicates with the 1st floor by internal stairs and also has an independent outside door. The house has barbecue/grill sets, a back yard, a front garden and two bicycles in the garage, that you are welcomed to use. There is space for parking inside the premises, but not inside the garage, that was converted to storing place and only fits the bicycles. Guest access The guest have access to all spaces and appliances in the house (except the host's storage spaces). Other things to note Warnings: 1- For stays during winter time, on arrival guests should expect to find the house a bit colder than desired. Usually it takes 2 to 3 hours to achieve a comfortable temperature, as all rooms have heaters, however for safety reasons, the house will not be left unattended wit the heaters on. There are also two fireplaces that can be used, but ALWAYS under direct watch of someone. 2 - The oven is "temperamental". After use, the guests should make sure the gas is fully cut by the knob, as most of the times it is still on, but looks as disconnected. Registration Details 78058/AL
