Large single house in a farmhouse, with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 1 sofa bed in the living room, large kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher. Traditional & comfortable, incredible view, large playground. The pool is shared with other guests of farm. Parking. The space Please, no smoking in bedrooms, smoking is allowed in outdoor areas. It is kindly requested that utilities are used in a reasonable manner. Lights, heater, should be turned off when not needed, thanks. We provide one hand towel and one bath towel per person, soap and toilet paper (for starting pack), we do not provide towels for the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped however if there is something you may need, please ask us. Pls consider that we rent a country house and even if we do our best to make your stay unforgettable there may be minor inconveniences, for example: In some parts of the house the ceiling is low, please pay attention; some walls and floors are made of wood and therefore they could not completely avoid to hear outside or inside noises. In summer, with the windows open, mosquitos or small insects from outside might enter: they are harmless. We have our restaurant, open for breakfast, € 7 per person, and open for dinner € 25/30 per person. A chef can be booked for special occasions, lunch or dinner, but only for groups of minimum 6 persons. We do not provide extra cleaning during your stay: only final cleaning is included in the rate. We strongly recommend you to have/hire a car to better explore the region. Please check before leaving that you don't leave anything behind: sorry but we will not be able to send back forgotten items.
