Conway Cottage is a 17th century thatched cottage with a large garden in the idyllic village of Otterton, Devon. The Annexe is a self-contained guest suite, with living room/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, fully equipped, recently modernised and redecorated. Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining. Parking on drive. The space Fully-equipped including heating, log burner-style electric fire, wall-mounted TV, free wifi. Kitchen includes fridge, washing machine, small oven and two rings, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery and crockery for up to 4 people. The dining table is for 2 extending to 4 and the sofa quickly folds into a comfortable double bed for two children to sleep on, so it's a 2 plus 2 space rather than for 4 adults. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower. There is an airing cupboard and a full range of cleaning equipment.
