Apartment (54m2) with private entrance in forest villa

Thanks for visiting our ad. We live in a beautiful place in a fantastic part of the Netherlands and enjoy making this place available to people who also love nature, culture and do not mind a day in the city. We assume that if you are searching in this area, you are aware of what you can find and do here. We would like to add our personal tips to that. The space We have created an independent apartment in our house on the 1st floor with its own entrance. It consists of a spacious living area and a dining kitchen. There is a 4-burner induction hob, fridge-freezer and a combination microwave. Basic amenities such as salt/pepper/spices and oil/vinegar are also available. There is both WiFi and a wired internet connection available. There is a Nespresso machine including coffee and tea. There is a large bedroom with a box spring and sink. Spacious shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet room. Outside you have a spacious private area with lounge set and dining table. There is a BBQ available. The apartment has become a kind of "time capsule" from the 60s and 70s, in which we also feel at home since we grew up in that time. Other things to note We are happy to let you know that we value sustainability. Our house is energy neutral. With 55 solar panels, we run entirely on solar energy for heating, cooking and hot water.
