Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast. The space Self contained guest suite on lower ground floor. Bedroom, bathroom, dining /sitting room, outdoor terrace with tables & chairs right next to the Afon Ddu river. Close to the A55, Snowdonia, Anglesey, Bangor University and all the attractions the area has to offer including the wonderful seaside, Snowdonia National Park, Zip World, Puffin Island and much more ... Guest access From entrance hallway the guest suite is downstairs and consists of bedroom, breakfast/living room, bathroom with a door leading out into courtyard garden. Other things to note We don’t offer kitchen facilities but there is a mini-fridge in the dining room, kettle, coffee machine and a microwave. (Happy to pop any used dishes into the dishwasher for you). No parking on site but roadside is possible and there is a village car park (free) just down the road.
