The space The MiniBelvedere is a self-contained unit inside a larger apartment (see rooms/1270486 on the Airbnb site, also for reviews), and is intended for 2 guests. It is located on the ground-floor of a prestigious period building in the heart of Otranto historic centre, right in front of the famous Cathedral. It has recently been restored to a high standard, highlighting several original features in the typical local stone (pietra leccese). Fully independent, it consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a cooking area with a new induction hob bought in 2025 (including a new fridge/freezer bought in 2025 and washing machine), a double bedroom and a modern en-suite bathroom with shower. It has vaulted ceilings and original tiled floors, and is air conditioned (heating/cooling). Bed and bath linen is provided. The accommodation is ideal for a couple. Prices are all inclusive. The MiniBelvedere may ordinarily be booked for a minimum of seven nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Other apartments are available from the same landlords in the same building, or nearby area. Access is via a short public alley departing from the Cathedral square and opening at the other end onto a public balcony with a panoramic view of Otranto bay. Other things to note We can provide a parking permit for blue lined spaces in the area adjacent to the town centre (where parking is forbidden), a few minutes' walk from the MiniBelvedere.
