House + garden close to the beach

Our studio was transformed in 2023 into a large 75 m2 three-room apartment, which corresponds to the ground floor of the house. 600 m2 garden, terrace, access to the beach by paths: 15 min walk, 5 min by bike. The accommodation consists of a dining room and a living room in a row. A kitchen opens onto the living room. Two bedrooms in a row. Duvets and pillows provided. A large bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. There's a storage area under the stairs. The space This accommodation is our vacation home. You will have access to the ground floor. We are not present when the house is rented. You will find all the necessary appliances: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, pressure cooker, washing machine, dishwasher... The dining room and the living room are south-facing, so very bright. The terrace is also south-facing. An umbrella is at your disposal. You can also sit on the grass in the shade of the trees. We opted to have a lot of space in the common areas: kitchen + dining room + living room total 50 m2. The TV works with an antenna. Two bedrooms in a row complete the accommodation, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds. You can park your car in the driveway in front of the house. Guest access You will have access to the entire ground floor of the house.
