Casa Rural with Private Big Pool & Amazing Sunsets

This lovely 'get-away' house is a 'casa rural' nestled amongst large pine trees and spectacular mountain views, 30 minutes north of Valencia. Private swimming pool, hammocks to nap in and hikes to be had if you are looking for a pure rural escape. Yet the city is easily accessible if you wish to explore Valencia or any other surrounding civilizations as part of your break. Enjoying the best of both worlds. The space You have access to all 170 square meters the house offers with the 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with dining area, the swimming pool (10m x 5m) and terrace with outside lounging areas. An outdoor shower next to the pool and a couple of hammocks perfect for a siesta in the shade. There is also a large outdoor table and cooking area that can be made available for large groups to use. Young children may struggle with the steps leading down to the pool. A car is desirable to explore the surrounding area. Parking in front of house. We ask that you take your recycling and rubbish away with you at the end of your stay. Other things to note 1. This is a retreat-type house, parties with loud music are not allowed. 2. Do not flush toilet paper or anything other than human waste down the toilet. 3. In case of any damage incurred to the house or the objects inside the house there is a security deposit of €300. This will be returned to you at the end of the stay if there is no damage. 4. In this house we are ecological, so we ask you not only to be considerate with the use of electricity and water but also to recycle. Guests are responsible for taking recycling to the village containers behind the Consum supermarket in Algimia. It is a five-minute drive from the house.
