Small 15 m2 studio equipped with a 140 x 190 double bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette with fridge, TV. Toilet outside the studio (next door). Folding table. Ideal for 2 people but crib can be made available. The studio is located in our garden with a lovely unobstructed view of the Vercors. Everything "vital" necessary for your arrival is available. The space For a stopover on the way to your vacation (Marseille 2.5 hours/2 hours from Grau du Roi) or for a slightly longer stay, you will be welcome at our home. From the studio you are 25 minutes from the Postman Ideal Palace in Hauterive, 9 km from the A7; close to the Rhone Valley and its famous vineyards (Côte Rôtie/Hermitage/St Joseph), fruits, pottery. Roussillon and its Renaissance castle 10 minutes away; the Château d'Anjou is 5 minutes away (for weddings in particular); Remains of a tower in Anjou with a lovely view, 8 km round trip walk. Condrieu Leisure Centre 20 min, as well as the Aqualone Aquatic Centre. White water area in Saint-Pierre-de-Bœuf 20 min. Lac des Vernets with inflatable structures 30 minutes away. You will have access to the summer kitchen and barbecue, outdoor games: trampoline, ping pong table (under your responsibility) Parking next to the house without difficulty. Please park along my house to allow free access to the field below which belongs to my neighbor. Other things to note There is no Wi-Fi in the studio. 4G generally works quite well. No pets allowed.
