Sant'Anna Studio is a small gem set in the heart of medieval Parma. A functional and welcoming space inserted in a typical and ancient slice of Parma house overlooking one of the most picturesque hamlets of the historic center. Located just 100 meters from the Cathedral, all the main cultural sites and the train station, it is an exceptional base for exploring the historic center and enjoying an authentic experience, immersed in the charm of Parma. The space The studio has been recently renovated, the choice of furnishing solutions has been designed to offer guests maximum comfort in a small space! The old and the new blend in harmony to offer authentic suggestions. The space opens onto the living area furnished with an antique dining table and a kitchenette equipped and complete with all the dishes to cook simple dishes. In the background, you cannot miss the relaxation space where you can relax in the deco-style armchair, leafing through one of the many art books in the library or watching your favorite series on the smart TV. The sleeping area, on the other hand, where you will find a queen-size bed equipped with a 5 cm topper, is separated from the living area by a partition specially made to preserve privacy and reconcile rest by filtering natural light. The bathroom, small but equipped with all bathroom fixtures, is embellished with the water-repellent Niveum coating designed by the Italian artist Eva Germani for Wall&Decò, a sumptuous floral composition with calm and delicate tones. Small guests are welcome! At their disposal, upon request, it is possible to equip the apartment with a cot for babies and a booster seat. In the summer months, from June to September, the studio is equipped with a Klarstein 12,000 BTU window air conditioner to cope with even the most intense heat.
