A cozy, recently renovated studio a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo, in the heart of medieval Parma. An artistic and quiet retreat located in a typical slice of a Parmesan house. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families with a baby thanks to the crib available (upon request). The space combines contemporary furnishings, vintage details, and a small equipped kitchen. The ideal base for experiencing the magic and authentic flavors of Parma's historic center. The space Sant'Anna Studio is a small gem where the old and the new blend in perfect harmony. Featuring a warm parquet floor and walls in a bright baby blue shade, the room is designed to offer maximum style and comfort in a cleverly optimized space. The space opens onto a living area with a classic solid wood dining table and a white, functional open kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and blender. In the relaxation area, you can sit on a beautiful vintage Art Deco-style armchair, leaf through the art books on the bookshelf, or watch your favorite series on the wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix. The sleeping area is partially isolated by a dark architectural backdrop specially designed to preserve privacy and filter natural light: here you will find a comfortable queen-size bed with a 5 cm topper for a regenerating rest, completed by a full-length mirror. The real jewel of the house is the bathroom: a small, scenic bathroom embellished with the water-repellent "Niveum" coating designed by the Italian artist Eva Germani for Wall&Decò, a sumptuous macro-floral composition in delicate tones. It is equipped with a large circular LED-backlit mirror, a modern glass shower enclosure, a countertop sink, and a charming vintage vanity unit. For the summer months, from June to September, the studio is equipped with a powerful 12,000 BTU Klarstein air conditioner. Guest access The studio is entirely at your complete disposal, with no shared spaces. Being in a small and quiet condominium setting of only 4 units, it offers a common entrance facing the street. During your stay, you'll have access to: - Super Fiber Wi-Fi connection (ideal for streaming or remote working); - Smart TV; - Small kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle, blender, and coffee machine; - Summer air conditioning (12,000 BTU air conditioner) and independent heating; - Baby equipment upon request (available for a small fee: crib/baby bed and booster seat); - Complete set of soft towels and high-quality sheets. Other things to note Family Friendly: Little guests are welcome! We are happy to set up the apartment with a safe camping bed/crib and a booster seat. This service is available upon request and has a small fee of €15 per stay ZTL & Quiet: The accommodation is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) of the historic center. This will ensure an incredibly quiet, peaceful stay, sheltered from the noise of cars. For guests who wish to do so, it is possible to obtain a permit for transit only (no parking) to unload/load luggage by notifying the host of the type and license plate of the car as soon as possible. Air conditioner: in the summer months, from June to September, the studio is equipped with a Klarstein 12,000 BTU window air conditioner to handle even the most intense heat.
