Delightful apartment located on the 3rd floor without elevator, recently renovated and equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets, two balconies and everything you need for your stay. It overlooks one of the main squares of the town, is close to the station (300 meters) and convenient to any type of shop. Crossing the center you can reach both the port and the promenade (about 1 km from both the promenade of San Benedetto and that of Grottammare). The space The apartment is accessed by a wooden staircase, overlooking the living area comprising an equipped kitchen, table, breakfast peninsula, sofa, TV and balcony overlooking the street below and the square. Next to it are the bathroom with shower and a storage room with washing machine and sink/washbasin. A corridor leads to the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a sofa bed to accommodate a fourth person (preferably a child), a room with a balcony and a clothesline. Due to stairs, the accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Guest access The apartment is at guests' complete disposal, without sharing spaces with others, with everything you need for both the bathroom and the kitchen. In order to avoid unpleasant inconveniences, which have unfortunately occurred several times, we ask guests to always communicate the personal details of all the people who will be staying in the apartment, without omitting their presence. Otherwise, we will have to provide reviews that take into account these serious shortcomings, affecting any other stays. Safety and respect for the rules are necessary requirements for the success of a stay and for the peace of mind of hosts and guests. Other things to note The final amount is already inclusive of the municipal tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day up to 7 consecutive days for the months of June/July/August/September.
