It has a large living room-kitchen on the ground floor, and a double bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor. Outdoor furniture for private use next to the entrance with beautiful views. It is part of a complex managed by Casona la Sierra, a company with ecological principles that uses geothermal and solar energy. The house's property is a green meadow of one hectare of impeccably cared for extension. San Martín de Luiña is a quiet, charming and very well preserved town. Supermarkets are less than a 5-minute drive away, and there are plenty of restaurants throughout the area. You can enjoy beautiful beaches, hiking, mountain biking and cycling on sensational routes. The surroundings are spectacular, highlighting the impressive cliffs of the Vidío lighthouse or the magnificent views from the Santa Ana hermitage. The Selgas Foundation Palace in Cudillero houses an important artistic heritage as well as 10 hectares of spectacular gardens.
