Hello Dear Travellers NO CLEANING FEE AND THE BED LINEN IS PROVIDED. We are a nice and friendly French family living in the 'Mont Saint Michel's Bay since our births. Our site has got interest in the proximity of : 'Le Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo' and the bay spot. We propose 4 bedrooms for couple(s) or for familiy(es) with child(ren) and baby(s); 2 baby beds available for free. The space Dear Guests, Our home is a typical no resembling house at all of the others in the village; therefore, we imagine a story of a rich man maybe a Corsaire Malouin (from St Malo) coming back from far colonies with big money in his pocket... but we can't be sure of it because non chest full of diamonds has been found when the ground has been digging around for renovations works. The bedrooms are large and good lighted : 1 double and 1 single bed each. We can supply 2 baby beds for free. In the Kitchen, you'll found everything you need for a breakfast or a meal you manage yourself : Oven, dishes, pans... The bathroom is a double shower, 2 sinks and shelves... Right notice that : - Bed linen is provided. - Towels are provided. - There is no cleaning fee. - We don't supply the breakfast but the 2 bakeries and a grocery store are close and propose some goods as well. Commodities are 2 WC. Also you can access to the garden with children's playground... Guest access By car : Our house is in the village next to the 'private college Saint Joseph' on the main road from Sains to the village centre. Public transports : Dol de Bretagne, Pontorson or Saint Malo railway stations A84 motorway access, Parking inside the property. Other things to note The arrival is after 4PM. In case you have no wish or no time to do the cleaning, we can ask for a professional cleaning provider for 60€00.
