A very cozy apartment near Montserrat or Barcelona

The hosts live on-site. There is a cat in the house. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. On Sundays and public holidays, check-in starts at 5:00 PM. All arrivals must be arranged in advance. The house is located in a peaceful village, very close to the famous Montserrat mountain. You can reach to Montserrat or Barcelona in 30 min by car. Also by bus (Please note: this bus does not appear on Google Maps !!) We are a 3 min. walk walking from the village center. Breakfast is served from 8 AM The space Free on-site parking The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds), a clean bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Gurss are welcome to smoke on the outdoor terrace, but smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat. The unit features air conditioning throughout, including both bedrooms. Breakfast is also included in the price, featuring toast, juice, jam, butter, coffee, milk, and tea. The property is located near the impressive Montserrat mountain, making it an ideal base gor sightseeing, climbing or hiking. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and all its equipment, as well as the large upstairs terrace, for relaxing and sunbathing. My main goal is to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay for everyone. During your stay The hosts will help the guests with anything they may need, whenever possible. The hosts live in the house a few days a week. During those times, they share the kitchen and when so, they share the kitchen and bathroom, altough they give preference to the guests. Occasionally, relatives may visit for lunch or dinner Other things to note If you rent for a week or a month, the price is cheaper, because an additional discount is applied. For stays of one week, there is a 5 % discount. For stays of a month, the discount is 10%.
