THE CIRCUS MAISONETTE is located inside one of Bath's world famous archetectural wonders - The Circus. This gracious two bedroom, two bathroom Georgian apartment is spread over two floors at this prestigious address, Number 20 The Circus. It is literally right next door to the renowned Assembly Rooms, and offers fantastic views from every window. The Royal Crescent, Bath's crown jewel, is only a short stroll away. Restaurants, cafes, shops, & the Jane Austen Centre are just down the street. The space The Circus Apartment is a period apartment and has been decorated accordingly with antiques filling the spacious rooms. This striking apartment features high ceilings, period cornicing and magnificent Georgian windows looking out over the circular lawn and plane trees in the centre of the Circus. This is a beautiful maisonette, with two reception room, a splendid drawing room, a spacious dining room/sitting room, that seats 4 and offers fabulous view of the Assembly Rooms, and a separate kitchen. There is a large spacious Master Bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with Victorian Hand shower on the second floor. The smaller bedroom has a single bed plus a single sized Sofa Bed., which we only us in emergencies. Please Note: If you are coming with 4 persons, the single room is only suitable for children or teenager, or small adults who are close family or friends. Both bedrooms are stylishly furnished and have huge windows offering views of Assembly Rooms. There is also a separate family shower room on the same floor as the bedrooms.. Guest access You have this maisonette all to yourselves. Other things to note The smaller bedroom has a single bed plus a single sized Sofa Bed, which we only use for families with children or friends travelling together that do not mind a cramped space. CHILDREN: Children over 5 years of age are welcome as long as they and their parents are well behaved.
