Flat with garden under the ancient walls

The flat is located in the historical part of town, in a quiet position away from traffic, with a private garden ideal especially in summer. Nearby there are some shops, museums, taverns and restaurants., and a free parking about 300 meters away from the accomodation. WiFi is available, but there is no optical fiber in the building yet, so the connection is not optimal. BBQ is not among the services offered in the garden and cooking outside the kitchen is NOT permitted. Other things to note When the apartment is taken over, the guest will be asked to show a valid identity document in order to communicate name and address to the authorities, as provided by the Italian law. 1) Name and Surname of the group leader + Type and number of valid document (passport, identity card, driving license ...) The palace consists of several flats and therefore you are asked to close always the main entrance. Smoking is NOT allowed in the flat and stairwell, the smoking area is outside in the garden. If you or any of your guests smoke inside, you will be charged Euro 250 of the security deposit. Pets are not allowed (in the garden may pass the cats of nearby residences). You’ll find some tourist guides and brochures to consult in the apartment, with a personal list of recommended places to eat and drink in town. Please reduce and recycle waste: use the recycling bins provided to help to save the environment. If you and your guests leave the flat in a really dirty and disorderly state, it will be necessary to pay additional cleaning expenses. The municipality of Vittorio Veneto requires a tourist tax of 1€ / person over 14 y.o. / night (up to 5 nights).
