Large entrance hall with bookshelves and a selection of books. Master Bedroom- South facing spacious room with a super-king bed. Bedside lights with USB charging sockets. Plenty of storage space in a built-in wardrobe and under-bed storage for cases. Chest of drawers and two arm chairs. Bedroom 2- South-facing room with either twin beds that can be zipped together to make a super-king (by prior arrangement). Dressing table and hanging rail. Under bed storage. Table lamps. Sitting/Dining Room- Lovely bright sunny, double aspect (south and west) open plan room with triple sliding doors to conservatory. Large sofa, two reclining leather easy chairs with foot stools. Seating in bow window. HD TV with freeview and DVD player. Dining room table seats up to six. Conservatory with teak table and seating for four and beautiful garden views. A lovely place to have your breakfast. Access to garden and patio with BBQ (bag of charcoal provided) and outdoor dining space. Kitchen- very well equipped separate kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dish washer and washing machine. The kitchen is stocked with most of the basics that you will need for your stay including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, spices... and washing-up liquid and detergents. Bathroom- Toilet, bath, wet-room shower and heated towel rail. Toiletries and towels provided. Please note that we provide one bath towel and one hand towel for each guest, but NO BEACH TOWELS- please bring your own. Outside and the Garden- Off-road parking for two cars in front of the cottage. Cottage garden to the side and back of the property, beyond which is the host's garden and paddock. There is a rotary washing line to the side of the cottage. There is storage for bikes in the garage, on request.
