Beautiful mill in Bresse (Ain)...

Old water mill... 20 minutes from Bourg en Bresse, 1h30 by car from Geneva and less than 2 hours from Paris by TGV in a superb setting (2 ha park, pond, river), in the heart of Revermont (Bresse) old water mill of the 18th century, completely renovated as a family home, very cozy, located in a quiet green setting, below the village of Courmangoux (Ain). The mill is very spacious, ideal for a family, family reunions or friends... it has 5 bedrooms (double), 3 bathrooms (shower - bathtub - toilet), a large living room with fireplace and TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large game room/TV mezzanine upstairs... You access the mill through a large courtyard allowing you to park vehicles, during the sunny days you can enjoy the terraces, the pool house, the bbq (braï), the bread oven, the swimming pool/deckchair, ping-pong table etc... You also have the option to fish in the pond if you bring your fishing gear... The whole mill is heated (fuel oil - fuel oil)... In the "house manual" section you will find the details of the linen and other items available... the cleaning costs vary according to the number of people... You have access to the whole property... except for a closed bedroom and office, these 2 additional rooms can be made available under conditions... "Well-behaved" dogs 🐕🐾🐕🐾 are happily accepted... In the region you have many possible activities a few kilometers away: hiking trails (Memory of Stones trail), equestrian centers, various bodies of water, paragliding at Mont Myon, visit to the magnificent Royal Monastery of Brou, the unmissable Bird Park, several golf courses as well as the famous Georges Blanc (Bourg en Bresse and Vonnas) which is only a few kilometers away... You have the entire Mill as well as its 2-hectare park, you can enjoy the pond for fishing, the swimming pool when the weather permits, there is also a huge Braai (South African BBQ) and a bread oven... all located in the sheepfold (pool house, see photos)... I keep a bedroom and an office closed with our personal belongings, if necessary (work on a desk or need for more bedrooms) I can consider making these rooms available under certain conditions...
