Welcome to Stone House – Your Private Sanctuary in Nature Tucked away within a protected natural park on the coast of southern Spain, Stone House is a one-of-a-kind hideaway where nature, design, and serenity come together. This exclusive retreat is part of a private estate just minutes from the stunning beaches of Bolonia and offers absolute privacy, breathtaking views, and refined simplicity. The space TStone House is a private villa nestled within a 27,000 m² estate, surrounded by ancient rock formations, wild olive trees, and the raw beauty of a protected natural park. The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with generous indoor and outdoor living areas. The glassed-in bedroom on the upper floor has air conditioning, while the two bedrooms on the ground floor are naturally cool and equipped with ceiling fans. Inside, you’ll find an open-plan kitchen and living room with panoramic views, a cozy fireplace for cooler nights, and artisanal touches throughout—from natural stone walls to hand-carved wooden furniture. Step outside and you’ll discover a large private infinity pool with loungers, a covered dining area with a barbecue, and several terraces perfect for sunbathing, stargazing, or simply soaking in the silence. The house is completely independent, with its own entrance and parking area, ensuring total privacy during your stay. While part of a larger estate, guests at Stone House have exclusive access to their own garden and pool area. Please note: Due to our location in a protected natural area, we kindly ask guests to take their waste to the nearby village of Bolonia at the end of their stay. Guest access Guests staying at Stone House enjoy complete and exclusive access to: • The glassed-in bedroom on the upper floor has air conditioning, while the two bedrooms on the ground floor are naturally cool and equipped with ceiling or stand fans. • A large private infinity pool with sun loungers • A barbecue area and covered outdoor dining space • Multiple terraces with panoramic views of the natural park • A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, fridge, and dishwasher • A cozy living room with fireplace • 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms • Private parking area • High-speed Wi-Fi, fans and heaters (no air conditioning due to the ecological design of the house) While part of a private estate, the Stone House is completely independent and surrounded by its own garden. Guests also have access to the main estate’s grounds, including a scenic 5,000 m² garden and a peaceful lake shared with other houses in the property. Other things to note • Due to our location in a protected natural park, we kindly ask guests to be especially respectful of the environment. Waste must be taken to the nearby village of Bolonia, as there is no collection service on the property. • The glassed-in bedroom on the upper floor has air conditioning, while the two bedrooms on the ground floor are naturally cool and equipped with ceiling or stand fans. • No parties or loud music are allowed, as we value the peace and harmony of the surroundings. • Pets are welcome upon request, with a €500 security deposit, refundable at check-out if everything is in order. • The infinity pool is exclusively for Stone House guests and is not shared with the other houses on the estate. • The property is not adapted for people with reduced mobility due to its natural terrain. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. • For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer a mid-stay cleaning with fresh linens and towels.
