Welcome to ARMONIA ! Freshly renovated and located on the ground level, this cosy apartment is elegantly decorated with natural colours and authentic local arts and crafts. With capacity to accommodate 2 to 4 people, ARMONIA features a bright living room with a convertible sofa double bed, a modern kitchen and one bedroom equipped with a comfortable Queen size bed. The spacious private terrace offers direct access to the swimming pool (exclusive for t'adelfia apartments). Having fallen in love with the mesmerising scene of breathtaking views of the iridescent blue of the Ionian Sea and the wild olive groves, it is here, in Loustri, a small authentic village characterized by its warm colours, where they decided to make their project a reality. And this, whilst respecting the Venetian setting, tradition and architecture, thereby offering yet greater pleasure to holiday makers. In 2018, driven by nostalgia, it was Alexander’s and Samy’s turn, the two sons of Stephanos, to restore their father’s dream. Unable to bear the sight of these apartments being abandoned, they took the leap and decided to bring them back to life. Over a love of the place itself but above all, over a desire to perpetuate the memory of family. Guest access Guests have access to the swimming pool area with its sunbeds, sun shades and cozy place. A perfect place to relax, enjoy the sun, read a book or just admire the sea and mountain views. The swimming pool area is exclusive for T'Adelfia Guests. Parking spaces are also available to our guests. Other things to note We are making the cancellation policy more flexible as we know your plans may change for reasons outside of your control. Just send us a message and we'll find a solution to adapt the policy. Also, we're taking extra measures to help you stay safe during your stay with us. Such measures include: -Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. -Ventilating rooms at least 20 minutes before check-in and during each cleaning. -Cleaning Air Conditioner filters before check-in. -Allowing for a 1 day buffer time between successive bookings. -Providing hand disinfection and cleaning supplies to guests at check-in. We recommend our guests to rent a car for more flexibility and to be able to discover the area and its many beaches instead of relying on the public transport.
