Homely apartment attached to a secluded, mid-18th century riverside home. You will be able to watch the tide come in from your bedroom window and stroll along the river bed to Crantock beach when the tide is out. We are a 20 minute walk from Newquay town centre and plenty of gorgeous Cornish beaches. Perfect for a lone traveller or couples looking for a peaceful trip to Newquay. (maximum 2 adults) The space Tregunnel Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfy lounge with TV and sofa and bathroom, full bath with overhead shower, hand basin and toilet. It is a spacious bedroom with a lovely view of the Gannel Estuary, a chair, wardrobe, bedside cabinets. A made up double bed and a single bed (made up on request ) . The apartment is accessed by your own private entrance, you will have a peaceful green space and we have one off-the-road parking spot ready for you Guest access There is a small secluded area outside the apartments front door and 'outside' chairs in the shed for your use. Other things to note The apartment is accessed by outside steps so is regrettably unsuitable for those that are troubled by mobility. The premises insurance does cover 3rd party liability but does NOT cover goods and processions that belong to our guests. Similarly parking on the property is at the car owners risk.
