Old winegrowers' house renovated with the taste and love given to a childhood home, surrounded by a garden with swimming pool, we are between Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Luberon and ideally placed to visit Provence. The house sleeps 8 to 10 people. Note: in July and August we only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The space Our rental is located in Caromb in the Vaucluse, a charming village like many villages in the Vaucluse that have kept their authenticity and identity. We are ideally located to visit Avignon (30 km), Orange, Vaison la Romaine (20 km), the Luberon, to cycle on pleasant little roads and on our giant of Provence, to practice climbing in mythical places and taste the good wines of the region... The house is built in the middle of a large garden of 2000 m2 planted with olive trees and fruit trees, embellished with a pretty fenced swimming pool of 9 x 4 m. You will be close to the village and shops, in a quiet and pleasant area. The house comfortably sleeps 8 to 10 people. Living area: 160 m2, 6 rooms, including 4 bedrooms, independent kitchen, living room, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 2 independent toilets, terrace. Bedding: 3 double beds measuring 160, 1 double bed measuring 140, 2 single beds, 2 folding baby beds. linens, sheets and towels are provided. Other amenities: Internet, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Freezer, Television, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Barbecue, Baby bed, Baby chair, Courtyard, Garden furniture, Fan, Heating, Stereo, Shared TV lounge, VCR, DVD. Private parking. Other things to note we rent a studio adjoining the house all year round, but totally independent: separate garden, different entrance, different parking and pool access reserved only for seasonal rental. In principle, the pool is in water from the weekend of the Ascension until the end of September.
