My home is a leafy private 1st floor flat opposite beautiful Princes Square in the CBD, a short walk to everywhere. It is located in the Paris end of Charles St, giving the best of food and drinks in short distance, including 3 restaurants and a cafe on the same block. It is an 1880’s-built home above a quiet shopfront and recently renovated using a mixture of recycled, salvaged and sustainable materials. I share my home whilst I’m travelling. A Television, a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi are available for your use. Guest access One bedroom with Queen-size bed and mirrored built-in wardrobe, open kitchen to lounge/living room with single day-bed plus bathroom/toilet with shower/bath and separate laundry with internal washing line. The steep, rustic entrance stairwell (19-steps!) may be difficult for some to navigate with bulky luggage. The bed is low-set and this may be an issue for those with mobility issues. Other things to note Steep stairs at entry make this unsuitable for small children/toddlers/babies or those with difficulty climbing (can be challenging with heavy suitcases). Parking is on-street and paid due to the flat's location in CBD of Launceston. Prices vary depending on location of carpark but it is free after business hours, Saturday afternoons and all day Sundays. Free parking is a 10min walk away from the flat. There is a TV, Bluetooth speaker and WiFi available. The sofa bed doesn’t have sheets unless requested. If two beds are needed, the extra (3rd) person charge must be added to cover costs. I personally choose not to use a microwave in my kitchen, and so there is not one installed. Please be aware of this if it is required for your stay in Launceston.
