Trash bins are located in all basement levels B1 to B5. Please dispose your trash properly upon check out (1-3days of stay) or everyday (longer stay). If you’re staying for long and would need cleaning of sheets and towels, we’ll ask for P700 per session. For a half month long stay, discount is given, provided, excessive use of electricity and water would be care of guests. We charge penalties for the following: Lost key P1,500 - to replace the whole lock set for the security of our guests Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the unit and on the balcony. The condo premises have a specific open gazebo for that. If the unit smells like smoke or cigarette butts are evident on the balcony, we will charge P1,000 per day of stay of the guests. Minimum of 3 guests need to book to avail the 2 rooms. Only one room will be opened for 2 guests. For 2 guests who require one room each, let me know. Charge of P200 apply for the additional utilities and sheets to be provided for this special request.
