Welcome to Tenuta L'Oliveta, nestled in the rolling Tuscan hills of Crespina Lorenzana. Our property offers an elegant rustic atmosphere and a well-kept and authentic environment. Our three-room apartment consists of two double bedrooms each with TV, WIFI, air conditioning and mini fridge; one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to experience moments of conviviality and relaxation, with panoramic views of the hills and the pool. The space The property is surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept and fully fenced garden. A gate near the property has access to the olive grove and another gate leads directly to the pool that has deckchairs and parasols. From the pool you can enjoy the beautiful hilly view. On the ground floor of the estate, we have a restaurant with separate management open to the public for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant's chef is a Masterchef veteran and chose "Tenuta L'Oliveta" as the location for her business. The parking lot is a stone's throw from the entrance gate, but you can enter by car to get off or load your luggage. The loggia with tables and chairs is located in front of the structure, while behind there is a gazebo covered by a vine with additional tables and chairs to enjoy various moments of the day. The location of the estate is strategic because it is very close to the main road and therefore useful for reaching the most popular destinations such as Pisa, Livorno, Florence, Lucca and the Etruscan coast for the sea. Other things to note Free parking is available near the entrance gate. Guests can access the estate by car to load and unload luggage, and then leave the car in the reserved outdoor parking lot.
