This room is in a comfortable apartment, ideal for 2 people, which is located on a newly paved and fully lit street. It has air conditioning; you will have access to the equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, kitchen items and blender), garage, living room and dining room. We are close to a mini-supermarket and a 5-minute drive from downtown. Guest access The apartment has 2 bedrooms, you will probably meet other guests, so you will share the stairwell, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and garage. During your stay My family and I live in another house, however, we are available in case you need anything to make your stay more pleasant...you are renting a room inside a 2-bedroom apartment, so you could meet other guests... if you want total privacy you can also rent the entire apartment, do not hesitate to ask us.
