The space On the lower floor of the villa is the delightful 40-square-meter studio apartment. Equipped with air conditioning, with portholes instead of windows, a large oval skylight and the particular arrangement of the spaces resembles the shape of a small submarine. With a circular layout, the interior develops around the dining table, surrounded by a sofa that follows the curved walls to the sleeping area, hidden behind a sail-shaped wall. The house is ideal for a couple, but the two beds can be separated and an armchair bed can accommodate a third guest. A walk-through dressing room with hangers and dressers serves as a dressing room and divides the small kitchenette with two burners from the bathroom with a tub/shower.
