When it comes to location, it doesn't get any better than this. Perched on a bluff, overlooking the beaches and ocean, this lovely home is the best place to come to disconnect from everything. It is literally a 1 min walk to several stunning beaches. The house is bathed in sun all day long and the property is completely walled off and has a huge, very private, garden all around. Needless to say, the views are absolutely stunning...breath-taking! The space There is a lovely porch covered with grape vines with a BBQ area. Other things to note PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE 2nd BATHROOM IS NOT ACCESSIBLE FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE. IT IS ON THE GROUND LEVEL AND IS VERY CONVENIENT FOR AFTER THE BEACH OR IF YOU ARE IN THE GARDEN.
