Casa Grace: relax and smart working in Maremma

Available all year. The apartment is suitable for short and long stays, both for relaxing and business holidays (smart working). It's located in Caldana, an antique medieval village in the province of Grosseto, that is only 25-30 minutes from seaside locations such as Follonica, Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala, and Cala Violina (considered one of the most beautiful beaches). The space The apartment consists of: entrance hall, a spacious living room with a sofa and television (with DVD player) and a beautiful view of the historical centre of the village and surrounding hills, a well-lit and fully equipped kitchen, 2 double-sized rooms, a smaller bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a small conservatory/terrace with washing machine and hoover. Bathroom towels and bed linen included. Altogether there is a maximum of 6 people. It is close to every type of service, that is, supermarket, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, ATM, and shops etc. There is also free parking directly outside the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note Caldana's surrounding areas are suitable for those who are passionate about cycling. Furthermore, in only 9/10 minutes by car, it is possible to reach the swimming pool 'Piscina Il Giunco', located in Giuncarico. If you like swimming pools, in Follonica (about 20 mins by car) you can also find a fantastic water park called 'Acqua Village', suitable both for adults and children. TOURIST TAX: tourists have to pay a tourist tax, which amounts to €1,50 per person/night, to the Municipality (tourism tax payment exempts are: children under the age of 16, police forces, people with disabilities who are not self-sufficient).
