This cozy duplex located in the heart of Aÿ, historic city of Champagne, is ideal for traveling the wine roads and discovering the prestigious houses or exceptional winemakers of the city. From the accommodation, the whole city is within walking distance: bakery, grocery store, Champagne houses... You will discover a charming square at the foot of the accommodation allowing you to taste the best pastries in the area and enjoy a glass of champagne on the terrace! The space The apartment is located in a 400-year-old building. It is typical of the area with its old beams and narrow stairs. It is located on the 1st floor without elevator access, you will have direct access to the living-dining room, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine), bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet. Access to the bedrooms is via a second staircase (this one is quite steep but a solid ramp guides you safely). We can provide a portable crib and high chair upon request. One of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds. Guest access The entire property is accessible. Street parking is free. Aÿ is conveniently located between Reims and Epernay. Aÿ train station is a 10-minute walk away, serving Epernay, Reims and some villages in the Reims mountains. Other things to note The accommodation is located 7 km from Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, 28 km from the center of Reims.
