Our aim is to provide all our guests with a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay. The space We provide all our guests with a clean, comfortable place to stay in a good location, to use as a base to explore Nicosia historic centre, the wonderful and exciting Troodos mountain region and the sunny beaches of Larnaca and Protaras. The place is fully furnished and equipped with thermal and sound insulated windows and the latest technology air conditioner. All bedrooms have lockable door and you get your own set of keys. The bathroom is private and inside each bedroom. Guests have full access to the appartment at all times. There is street parking near to my place. This apartment features an outdoor deck with seating area that overlooks the main street and the surrounding area. Each bedroom has a good size so the apartment can accommodate up to 9 people comfortably. As you can see from the photos in each bedroom there is a queen double bed, a flat screen digital TV, a wardrobe, desk/dining table where you will be able to study or enjoy your meal. Each room has a clean and private bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin. Toiletries we provide include: Shampoo, shower gel and soap. We also provide towels, hair dryer. Iron and iron board are provided. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, toaster, silverware, plates and other amenities (no oven and no hot plates). In addition there are many places nearby for food, coffee and drinks at all budget levels.
