The Den

Great ground floor studio in the West End of Folkestone. A couple of minutes walk to "The Leas" and a serious flight of steps to the beach. "The Den" has everything you need for a private getaway. Unfortunately the council have now restricted on road parking to residents permits only. The space "The Den" as we call it is on the ground floor, contains all your essentials, and is in a quiet building with friendly neighbours. There is an "Elfin" kitchen studio with ceramic hob, fridge and combi microwave cooker. We provide fresh linen, towels and tea making facilities. There is a comfortable double bed. Guest access Everything in the ground floor Studio is accessible. Other things to note Available across the avenue is Grimston Gardens. On the day of checking out, just leave the keys on the table in your room, and please send us a message to say you've checked out, so we know it's okay to come in and prepare room for the next guests.
