La Perissada (El Priorat)

La Perissada is a house located in La Vilella Baixa, a beautiful and small village from where you will be able to enjoy the Priorat: its famous vineyards, its magnificent landscapes, the Montsant and its climbing areas of Margalef and Siurana. The space A barn was transformed into a modern and comfortable house, while maintaining the original materials (stone walls and wooded roof) as well as the exterior appearance of the building. This is the distribution of the house: ground floor with the kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom (2 beds) and the living room (125 m2); first floor with three double bedrooms (2 with doublebeds and 1 with 2 beds) and two bathrooms (90 m2) and basement with utility room and access to the garden (120 m2). Guest access No matter how many you are (from one to eight), the entire house will be for you. We never rent the house to two groups at a time. However, you will be able to access only to the bedrooms that you book. I.e. if you are two and want to sleep together you will have a double bedroom with a double bed and the other three bedrooms will be locked. But if you prefer, you may have two individual bedrooms or a double bedroom with two beds. If you are four (say the parents and two children) you can ask for a double bedroom for the parents and a bedroom with two beds for the children or two individual bedrooms for them. Any combination is possible. You just tell us. The empty rooms will be locked. You will have access to everything but some cupboards and wardrobes key locked where we have our personal belongings.
